WHEREAS by the Hong Kong University (Medical Degrees)

Order in Council, 1945, there is constituted the University

of Hong Kong Mediosl «grees i̇mergency Committee;

AND WHEREAS the need for the said Comittee having now

to an end, it is expedient that the mid üråer in Council should

be revoked♪

NOW, THEREFORE, His Majesty, in exercise of all the

powers enabling Him in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the

advice of his Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered,

as follows {**

1. This Order may be cited as the ong Kong University (Medical

Degrees) Order in Council, 1949, and shall came into operation

on a date to be fixed by the Governor of Hong Kong hy notios

published in the Gasette of the Colony.

2. The Hong Kong University (Medical Degrees) urder in Council,

1945, is hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything lawfully

done thereunder,
